The drive should consume less than 1A, ideally an SSD.
Kit compatible with Diskio Pi v1.1/1.2, a USB 2.0 cable is provided to replace the angled cable.

Test of reading speeds :
sudo hdparm -tT /dev/sda
/dev/sda:
Timing cached reads: 1478 MB in 2.00 seconds = 739.00 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 878 MB in 3.00 seconds = 292.44 MB/sec
Mounting :
In order to access the USB 3 port, a new USB 2 cable to the daughterboard's HUB is provided.
The cable from the board connects to the USB3 port on the Raspberry Pi, and fits naturally when the case is closed.
